在声音规格化下，PotPlayer会可以把播放器声音水平统一到一个均衡的状态，比如声音很大的内容进行降低音量处理，声音很小的内容进行放大处理，这样可以使人听起来更加平和舒服。但是音量规格化也有一个问题，就是会普遍降低音量，导致即使系统中声音调到最大也很难达到需要的音量。这种情况尤其在多声道的视频文件中出现，例如常见的5.1和7.1声道。取消音量规格化后，声音音量会恢复正常，但是背景声音会增大，出现声音大小波动很大的情况。
PotPlayer关闭声音规格化后声音变小解决：
1、选项(F5)->音量控制->勾选声音多通道音量控制->勾选AC3/DTS解码放大，把数值调大。
2、【建议设置】声音->音频输出一栏->默认输出设备->内置WASAPI音频渲染器。WASAPI渲染器比 Default Direct SoundDevice 效果好，具有程序独占，抗干扰，延迟低的优点。
